Skincare and Beauty Routine

Lately people have been asking me what my skincare regimen and makeup routine looks like, so here you go! Beauty products show up in video by order of use and I have everything listed below!

I have been using Beautycounter since I was in my mid 20’s and I feel like my skin has barely aged! And, seriously, aside from a few things here and there that I’ve sprinkled in to try, Beautycounter has been my primary skincare line. And nope, no Botox, retinol, or anything like that here. Promise.

In order of appearance…

  • Instant Eye Makeup Remover: This stuff works super fast and super well. Just squirt a little on a cotton pad and wipe the makeup away!

  • Charcoal Cleansing Bar: Suds up quickly. Great for oily skin. This detoxifying cleansing bar is 👌

  • No. 1 Brightening Facial Oil: After patting my face dry (still some moisture present), I dab 4-ish drops all over my face.

  • Rejuvenating Eye Cream: Love this stuff. It Smooths, soothes, and enlivens under-eyes with this proven anti-aging cream. Made with protective jambu extract and skin-conditioning wild algae and caffeine, it diminishes the appearance of fine lines and reduces puffiness. It really works!

  • Countermatch Adaptive Moisture Lotion: Lightweight and adaptable. Not only does it provide up to 24-hours of hydration — it actually adjusts hydration levels throughout the day for a smooth look and feel and radiant glow.

  • Dew Skin Tinted Moisturizer: I use the Linen but there are a LOT of shades to choose from. I apply with a flat brush (shown) and put a small dollop in my palm. I load the brush with some of it and dab all over my face. I do this until it’s all gone. I never rub or 'wipe’ it on and people tell me it looks like I’m not wearing anything! It also features SPF 20 protection <3

  • Brilliant Brow Gel: I roll this baby between my palms for a few seconds to warm it up, then apply it on quickly and easily to give my brows that large-and-in-charge look I love so much.

  • Eyeshadow Duo (Fawn/Night): I usually stick with the lighter shade and apply it lightly with an eyeshadow brush just to warm up my lids and give the liquid eyeliner something to ‘stick’ to. This combo stays in place all day!

  • Precision Liquid Eyeliner: I’ve used LOTS of liquid eyeliners and this one really is my favorite. Perfect every time!

  • Volumizing Mascara: I roll the mascara between my palms for a few seconds to warm it up, then apply and voila! Batty lashes.

  • Satin Powder Blush (Sorbet): I love this because it goes on lightly. You can add more layers if you want for a more intense look but the pigment isn’t super overpowering with one application. It’s the WORST when you have to remove blush because it’s gone on too heavy and then your base gets messed up. Ugh.

So that’s it! That’s what I do every morning! Interested? Get any or all of the products HERE.
